Sometimes we feel so much distress in just living our lives. Sometimes our problems weigh us down. Sometimes our anxiety is hard to bear. Sometimes life feels meaningless.

Solution Focussed, Meaning-Centred Counselling works on two parallel paths. First, we try to find practical steps you can take quickly to deal with your problems. Second, we look at your life experience to see where your strengths lie, what is going to make life better over the longer tem. Generally, that involves finding the things that make your life meaningful, and finding ways to increase those aspects of your life.
