Meaning Centred Counselling for the Climate Crisis
The climate crisis is existential, for the earth, and for us. Feelings of fear, guilt or anger are natural responses.
However, these feelings can overwhelm us to the point where we have trouble acting.
When our emotions reach this level, it can be helpful to have someone to work with to deal with them. Often it is helpful just to find someone who will take your concerns seriously. Beyond that, we can work to find ways to respond to the climate crisis that are meaningful for you, as the individual that you are. While everyone is called to respond, not everyone is called to the same response!
